    The only other thing I can think of is make sure they are buna n or viton with a durameter of 70-75. 9464K24 is the mcmasters number from the parts bin Noticed the parts bin is a bit tougher to find, thought at one time it was sticky-ed.

    Are the caps pressed down all the way? There should be a gap between the injector line nut and the cap. Are you greasing up the caps?

    Remove zerk, Replace with 90 degree zerk. There is room for a 90 zerk but not much.

    Almost everything. All you know there is the pressure at the inlet of the pump and pressure drop across the filter. Is 0 psi at the inlet affecting the pressure after the internal transfer pump that is the real question.

    Have thought of the same. Where are you taking pressure reading at? Almost should have reading before and after the filter. Is there a good way to take pressure readings after the injection pumps transfer pump before the high pressure? Transfer pump pressure would be the most telling.

    I chased a hub clunking sound with 4wd unlocking only to discover the 4wd shift hub in the transfercase had significant wear. The spring that pushes the hub gets weak also. As for as replacement for automatic hubs junkyard, car-parts.com or ebay.
