    Good call... sounds like it had a blown headgasket and it being "bulletproofed" might be a bunch of bull or someone didn't know what they were doing. Can't tell you how many "bulletproofed" 6.0s I've looked at that still had the TTY bolts on.

    I didn't use the blocks off my C&C for my build, I read somewhere that they were the wrong width so I ordered 4" superduty readylift blocks and it pretty much leveled it with a rsk on the front.

    I believe 03-04 had a "throttle body" or valve in the intake elbow iirc. Not sure if it's relevant or not.

    Adjustable tracbar is a beautiful thing. Dont remember how expensive they are but it shouldn't be too awfully dificult to convert your stock one imo

    ATF goes in the fuel filter, let it run until makes a different sound and shut it off. Let it sit overnight.

    I've been towing my 5er camper with my 250 4" lift on 37s since my 350 IDI's been down. Doable but sucks.     I've had a napa starter in mine since 2014, don't care where it was made. In hindsight, I wish I would've used a 6.4 starter instead.

    1997 Ford F350 2wd auto to 4wd manual conversion.

    I didn't buy those hangers when I did mine but I'm seriously considering it now. I got way too much lift with the factory ones, also the sky hangers move the shackle mounting point 1" forward which will get me a better angle.
