how many coats of hylomar spray should I spray on the headgasket prior to install. I finally found the spray on amazon.com, just gathering my info before the spray gets here so I can slap this bit**h together.
Sorry forgot to mention my pump is removed due to the need to change the head gasket. So if I just lift the cover off I should be ok, I dont want to rotate the crank if I dont have to. Thanks again Gary for your input and help

I have found that in the past the lifter will go before the cam lobes flatten. Thanks for the heads up. Another question, if I drain the coolant on the drivers side does it come out of the pass side or do I need to drain the pass side also? Thanks again
