    air intrusion or IP going out?

    truck cold starts in the morning fine but when i start it up after work it runs good then starts stumbling, then evens out again. there was no drips or wet spots under the hood or under the truck. the truck has 199k on it, i believe the injectors are original and the IP is a reman with 124k on...

    @Ky85 what year 6.9, the 83-84s are not as strong as the 85-86 engines, it also looks like a first gen sidewinder judging by the bolt on down pipe, it is a non waste gated kit and it is not as easy to find parts for but russ might have parts

    i work at a box truck rental and leasing company as a Fueler/washer/detailer. it is good pay, uniforms and safety clothes provided and the guys will teach me what i need to know and i can move up to a entry level tech at some point. basically i get the trucks cleaned up and do a PM check on them...

    Just started my 7.3* build

    @Buffetkiller just get Ford ZD-9 glow plugs. autolights tend to swell up. as for the full return hose, heat up some water in the microwave and stick the hose end in. the heat will make it easier to get on and it wont damage it.

    Installed turbo kit

    yes i poked holes for the drain. do not use a drill because you do not want metal shavings in your engine. we had used a ladys foot pry bar and a hammer to poke the holes because the end had a point. it is also alot easier to install the turbo kit with the hood off
