Here is another and if I counted right it is 102. Does it matter that the arctec are hub mounted and it mentions the Dana 60? You really asked the hard question here....
I agree with @79jasper although I also found 102 referenced though the 120 seems to be a bit more mentioned. Sadly I cannot find anything concrete. Sorry

That doesn't have any hard teeth count, but it is a quality picture that should get you a count.

Here is some more detail, with a part number the 4B409 which...
That is likely, but I saw multiple (more than 10) 2 valve 5.4 and v10 pass the 200k mark while working as ranch or farm vehicles. I cannot say the same for 3 valve versions. They seem to have issues about 100k
Then look up R&D IDI performance and members @typ4 and @Agnem. Those will be your best advisors for what to do for to get the power out of an IDI.
Just just to play devil's advocate, I have seen the 5.4 and v10 perform well with some tuning. Depending on what your budget is it might be worth...
Might be a stupid question but why not look for a 20 valve v-10? Pretty sure they use the same bolt pattern as the 5.4. If a power upgrade is the overall goal, I would think the larger gas which came in that platform would be easier than going for the retro-swap.
Welcome to the forum, and if I'm not mistaken you reside in the great state of Jefferson? Or at least should get to.
Have you tried Hwy 97 from Weed to La Pine and then Hwy 58 to Eugene? It avoids the major cities without getting to squirrly or crooked. Less traffic, and still a nice stretch...
I have a triple pod of ISSPRO with green filters for the lights. They have worked flawlessly for well over 10 years. Wish I had done Autometer as they have a better match to factory look IMO. Quality wise I don't think you can go wrong with either. My probe is in my Bank's downpipe which has a...
I have an extra 093 "Ford" cast air intake housing. I'm in western Oregon, North Idaho isn't terribly far, probably wouldn't be a real bear in shipping costs. Toss me an offer, or like @Thewespaul said the kit R&D has is pretty nice, and it opens the engine bay up. The big black box is a bit...

True enough. There are some inexpensive fan clutch wrenches which are helpful, and also pneumatic sets which are great for stubborn ones. If you're feeling particularly wealthy Snap-on has a clutch wrench also.
I found that hydraulic line wrenches work pretty well also. You're looking...
This is likely not applicable as this being a standard cab, but weren't dually 250's offered from Ford to get the super cab since 350's were not available in SC configuration? Really nice vehicle though. How long until the mods begin? When I first started driving I couldn't help myself and had...
Possibly the best description I have ever seen. Ahead of it's time? A great idea suffered by cost analysis? Who knows. I am impressed by those who make them work properly.
TTB is one of those items like Communism. In theory it sounds great, but when put into practice it just doesn't cut it. I firmly agree with the fix of a D60, not necessarily for strength but the reduction in maintenance is worth it.
None in the ball joint, but there are some that sit on the top axle c for the knuckle to seat into.
The bushing is the round part directly under the threads. The ball joint spindle should seat into this, but age and corrosion can take away their angle. If you inspected them before install...
I find myself like @Mulochico. I would love to hand more money to those like @typ4 and someday when I have it, so it will be spent. I just hope there is enough to keep the small independents going until I get to support them financially. Otherwise I don't know how I can keep an old vehicle...
