i wouldnt risk it either atf is no where near the viscosity protection that diesel motor oil would have dosent take much to scorch rod berrings even with it with no load your still making alot of friction. If you wanna get the lose gunk out of your motor just step up your next oil changes to get...
they mean off road diesel. diesel fuel that isnt hit with road taxs like diesel that is from the pumps. its dyed red and if you get caught with it on the road its big money fines
you can buy the flanges you need you can get all the tubing for the cold side i would use aluminum. diy turbo kits are easy. I have 87 Mustang drag car that is turboed goes low 8's in the 1/4 and every turbo car me and my friend have ever built for ourselfs is all custom made turbo setups. hell...

im going to say the odds are that your ignition switch actuator broke. this was very common in the ford trucks. look under your dash and find the rod that goes down into the slider switch. if the rod isnt moving when you turn the ignition its the switch actuator. the good news is its a $7 part...
yea minimum half inch drill bit. I did it last year when i put new regulators in the power window motor. just like Hammerdown said ducttape the window all the way up then drill your holes on the dimples and your set.

well the truck has 54000 miles on it, i know the trans was rebuilt around 50,000. I do recall that the brake light bulbs are burned out. so I guess ill drop the pan and see if there is any material in it. I hope i dont need a rebuild cause i cant afford it right now
