    Its 5 LEDs if you only do the "main display" on a brick and bullnose gauge cluster, not sure if 92- and up is the same. I didn't change the turn signals, high beams, warning lights etc.

    Fuel sender wire gauge?

    I used 18 when I added the rear tank on my 6.9 with no I'll effects. Just dont get that Walmart wire it dries up and literally disappears like the plastic reacts to chemicals our states dump on the roads

    They seat strange sometimes. Mine worked great and then I unhooked it to get some slack to pull it from the dash to change bulbs in the dash and it shook. I pulled out the trans side and re seated it and now its fine. :dunno

    Finally got my gauges installed in the 6.9 just got to fasten the pod down but they work great. Egts haven't gotten above 1000, water temp right at 195, and hot oil pressure is 45lbs at 2k rpm and 17ish I'd say at idle! Awesome.

    Glow plugs on too long... but not getting too hot?

    Can you hook a higher wattage light or something to the output side of the glow plug relay and make sure it is supplying enough oopmh to the controller and thus to the plugs? Maybe see if your supply wire to the relay/controller is melting. Not really sure but maybe keep tapping a higher wattage...
