    I'd it would take a while to fill then I doubt it because I tried a couple things before I researched and I did an oil change and fuel was immediately in the oil well over the full mark on the dip stick

    It definitely was smoking a lot for several days but it's kinda subsided for the most part. Where else could I get an injection pump outside of a parts store? I know I can get stanadine to make one brand new but I was told 2200 dollars.

    I found a small piece of metal stuck to the magnetized bolt that goes into the bottom of the oil pan. It came out of the pan after I removed the bolt to drop the oil. Could that be from a injector that got damaged or something along those lines?

    Yeah the fire was directly under and around the lift pump. Any reason in particular why the lift pump would cause it? I would've thought it just filters the fuel through the filter and allows it to pass through and return. Just curious for the knowledge sake.
