    Put an o-ring on top of the cap between the nut and the cap instead of a washer. It's not melting the Caps is it?

    It's more than plausible that the fuel selector valve is bypassing a little bit. If you've ever taken one apart, you'd wonder how they work at all.

    Almost all of the early fords had a convertor drain plug. The minute the engine starts ,if the trans is pumpung its filling the convertor, I have always poured in a cup of fluid, installed and ran, hundreds, never an issue. You are going to regret that red loctite if you have to remove it...

    Sounds like a problem in the IP. If it pulls well under load its usually not a supply issue. Mine went clear down to 1psi on the dyno still made respectable number .

    What are you looking for exactlyt. I have several upgrades for all the turbo setups and especially the factory one, if you have it, it is a great platform. Going with a banks is no gain as they are the same size internally. There are solutions for the exhaust leaks. Pm for details...

    Dont use rtv, the acid can corrode the copper.

    I bought some rodent sherrif on amazon, seems to keep some away, but I need a tanker of it for under the house. I HATE rodents. Trapped these 2 in about 5 minutes in the dually, few years back.

    I quit using DFIS after 40+ years because the last few pumps had hot start issues, and all I got from GR*^t was,,,, "its in spec". Apparrently 30k is in sales didnt mean anything to them
