Van Radiator Info/question?
You may want to check around local radiator shops to see if you can have it repaired. It may be a less expensive option. A lot of shops are equipped to re-core and some can even repair/replace the tanks too. I looked around about a year ago or so just in case I ran into problems. They are just...- The Bus

Rear heater repair and paint
I saw all that work and was wondering if you had installed one and where it was. I need to put one on my bus (E350 Cutaway). My hose routing is a little different than yours. I like those shutoffs for the rear unit, not bulky at all. I need to install a set on my bus just in case.- The Bus

Getting ready for another Wisconsin winter, or my own little version of hell
Have you ever tried coating your truck's undercarriage with Fluid Film prior to winter? The reason I ask, is that I was doing research on this same problem and found that quite a few people were using this product prior to the "salt season". Power Steering Fluid BLOWS out the Reservoir
This is what I used: I went with this set up so I could pull vacuum and cut off the source once I hit 15 hg. Power Steering Fluid BLOWS out the Reservoir
I changed out a PS pump on a 06 Taurus about a year ago when it started blowing out fluid. Spun the old pump and heard a noise that didn't quite sound right. This is going to sound a little off, but when was the last time you changed the fuel filter? If you don't drive one enough the fuel filter will literally solidify and let a trickle of fuel through. 2wd Front End Sagging
Just to follow up on the pivot bushing check; once you have those springs off, go over all of the front end. A friend of long ago learned this the hard way. Bad springs will severely changes the geometry of the front end. You'll have an easier time to hearing squeaks and detecting unusual...- The Bus

Towing upgrades
If your pulling with an auto transmission, definitely want to install an external trans oil cooler from what I've read here. You have fuel "filters" as more than the factory one? If so, the factory pump may not be able to keep up. There are some threads on about the demands, filters setups, volume checks post filter - could be your issue. Another thing to look at is how much fuel is actually getting to the pump...- The Bus
