    Has anyone had their steering box bolts work loose from the frame? Mine came out last night at about 30 mph, quite the ride.

    I believe Quigley also did a 4x4 conversion. I would love to get my hands on a 4x4 conversion and a larger cab, but I'm guessing it's probably cheaper to buy another truck.

    Barely any slack in the steering. I replaced the track bar bushings and the stabilizer, all of which were toast. It's now drive-able. I think it still has a little vibration at about 40 mph, maybe I'm imagining it. Either way, going to replace tie rods, drag link, steering gear and the kingpins...

    I replaced the track bar bushings and that helped, it's still wobbling occasionally though. I think it may have trashed the steering gear, as it now leaks like a sieve.

    I thought I felt a little play in the brake when I was checking u-joints, thought I'd ask.

    It's hard to tell, it's so bad, but I would say more the truck shaking than the steering wheel.

    Does anyone have any experience with the ZF parking brakes used on the F450s? I suspect mine may be causing a death wobble, going to rule out any suspension issues first.

    Where do you get a flexplate cloned? Such things aren't done in the upper midwest, people just park the busted up vehicles in a shelter belt forever.
