    Battery charging

I have vehicles that sit in winter (Like my mower) I would rather not have to pull dead batteries to claim warranty and just keep them in a charged state without having to rearrange garage space and parking for three vehicles because I need to start and run them to keep the batteries charged...

    Battery charging

What are you guys using for battery maintenance? I have been through 2 Schumacher's in 2 years. I like to keep my mower battery and at least one spare vehicle on a trickle charge but these modern Schumacher's stop working after the warranty is out.

    clutch fail 250mls from home

I just got back to MI yesterday from IN. The shop that did the original work is closed until Monday. They will get a visit from me, receipts in hand. My suspicion is that they might cover the labor which was $111. The part, including expedited shipping was $110

    clutch fail 250mls from home

All fixed. It was the lever arm that was worn. Not helped by the shop who did the clutch putting the arm on the wrong way round so that it was at a slight angle. All it took was a couple of hundred miles of city clutching to work its way loose and the splines started grinding on the lever...

The splines on the shaft look and feel ok. The bracket is shot. I do have another but it'd back home

    clutch fail 250mls from home

The brackets not broken. It's was modified with a heim joint because it was worn. Tb was not on the invoice. Can't understand why they wouldn't replace that since we're in there anyway

    clutch fail 250mls from home

Can't believe I forgot to mention but there was squeaking that only went away if I rested my foot on the pedal (throw out bearing?) I can't believe they wouldn't have replaced that along with the clutch. This will be a warranty claim.
