    Just researched a little further online and it looks like that definitely is the "correct" location....I think the "angled" shock-type automatic pulling of the Cruise Control Cable (under heavy Engine load)is the culprit??

    Protective Seat Covers for 1993 F250HD

    I have a 1993 F250HD with Grey Captains Chairs. Haven't seen any Seat Covers I like that I could use to protect the Seats. Does anyone know of a Company that makes nice Protective Covers (Grey color) for my Seats that won't "break the Bank$$" and will actually "fit" my Seats?
