    idk about the delete, i will look into that. i was reading on one of the popular vendor's website in their tech section and it said that if theres no CEL or codes that buzz test is a moot point, because any issues there would trip a code... is that incorrect?

    Update: the mechanic found that the ebpv was stuck in the closed position. So he got it freed up and more power came back. I had him change the oil (it was nasty) and im gonna drive it a bit to see if it helps clear up the miss.... If not, i will take it back to him and he will chase it further.

    just heard from my mechanic and he said the wastegate was stuck shut (i think hes actually talking about the flapper thingy in the exhaust housing), they got it freed up and helped it a bunch! gonna have him change the oil and filter and pick it up tomorrow. hopefully hes got me taken care of.

    i did as much diagnosis as i could and took it to a reputable local diesel shop... just preparing myself, i want to have some place in mind so im not picking someone last minute and make a bad decision.

    I dropped my truck off for the mechanic to check out tomorrow and im expecting injector issues, i have been thinking i might as well get them all rebuilt if they need attention. So im wondering who you guys use?

    Update: My guy told me to drain the fuel filter bowl and get a new filter. Did that, still the same so im dropping it off to him tomorrow and hes gonna look it over monday. Hope to know something next week.
