Oil cooler removal?
10=4 on that ,thats the only way you can find a job around here.I've worked with the cat SIS systems and the terex PTU tool box Formates.... sure makes it easier to trouble shoot......man it must be awesome to live in cali.....all the gear heads and gassers....dont have that back here......Bob- mech140

Glow plug relay
its the same relay if you still have problems you can always by pass the gpr controller.....- mech140

Glow plug relay
there should be two letters on top of the relay,one is an I is where the white wire goes and an S is where the red wire mounts. your wire placement will make a differece.- mech140

yeah it grinds but it wont shift like you mentioned, thats what i thought at first then tried shifting by rpm's and no go............- mech140

97 PSD 5 spd Trans problems!!!!!!
I have a 97 f-20 heavy duty with 5 sped trans.. when i got the truck it has always raked when shifting from 3rd to 4th,But the last 3 weeks it will not go into 4th gear unless you completely stop. I changed trans fluid (This is a manuel trans) and this helped for about 75 miles then it went back...- mech140

First start procedure
when all else fails i always fall back on this little trick i picked up on the job,(i'm a heavy equipment mech.) You can get a clean rag, at least a 18inch by 18 inch square or larger and pour clean regular gas on the rag, you want to saturate it then lay the rag,(wadded up in a lump,) over the...- mech140

can any one help me out I am needing a glow plug relay control and a tach sensor,( it attaches on the side of the timing gear cover and has two wires for hooking up.)
