i would say 2 stoke outboard oil would work well... if it will protect my evinrude spinning@5600 day in day out i would think lubing a injector would be no problem... it costs about $12+ a gallon depending on what brand you get... one gallon will treat 50 gallons of unleaded but i'm not sure...

avant salvage down here in ga. buys all of the frito lay delivery box trucks when they are done with them and 95% of them have 4bt's in them... they have quite a few last time i checked with them... but thats probably not going to be much help for you on the west side as shipping would be killer
if a 91 is like the 95 i replace a core in, if you remove the glove box you will see the heater box and it will have a access panel to get to the core with about 6 screws in it... remove that cover and the heater core is right there... feal around on it and see if she is wet :D if it is all...

just rotate the tensioner CCW i think and reallign the belts... i doubt you will have to take it all the way off and i doubt mickey did any damage unless you ran the truck too long with the belt crooked... worst case i bet all you would need is a belt

i wonder does the extra soot/smoke from a chip/tuner make these things clog up faster? i know some guys with 250-300K+ on there stock trucks and have never had a problem with them... i waited untill the warranty went out on mine at 100K and tuned it up and now at 130K it is clogged... or is it...

the build date is on the sticker on one of the valve covers on my motor it has a actual date and a serial number... but i have heard that there is no real cutoff point, they sprinkeled in the pmr for a bit before they completely changed over... using the method 95 said would be the best bet...
