Oil leak above the oil filter, rear oil cooler head? what do I need to know before I start taking it apart?

Thanks for the Add and all the detailed info in this forum! I sold my 78 gas, F150 4x4 roughly about 1989 so I recently bought a replacement truck after 30 years.
