A good healthy smack witha a big hammer on the fan side wrench in the direction you want it to go always worked for me. Try holding the pulley with a chin wrench
Pull the transmission before you pull the engine and reverse on install. It is so much easier to clear the crossmember. Replace the fuel return lines. I found out the hard way.
If you converted to hydroboost from vacuum, The vacuum sensor may still be hooked up. The sensor is not plugged in on the F-450's. Just unplug it and the light should go out.
THe truck was T-boned by a GMC Envoy doing 35 mph. I think she was going faster. My wife came out of it with a cut on her leg and a sore back. The truck drives great now.
