At this point, it sounds like your PMD is toast. However, when you turn the ign on do you hear the ESO (silver cylinder on the IP) click? If so, try and get Walt to warranty the PMD (good luck).- chrisk1500

Test Run with Just Downpipe?
Hell, I have run it without the turbo installed....shoots exhaust out the manifold pretty good....don't stomp on it or you'll turn your hood black....lol- chrisk1500

First off - black smoke proves nothing more than that your turbo is too small and/or you don't know how to tune a pump to match boost - black smoke is wasted power... The filter has one notch in it that is bigger than the others - you probably don't have the filter seated in all the way...turn the filter until it drops down into place....- chrisk1500

Your code 13 is from the ESO. It is a serviceable item on the IP. It is a tall silver cylinder with a wire pigtail coming off of it. Dave is getting a little confused here between the fuel solenoid and the shut off solenoid. When the engine stalls, disconnect the ESO wiring harness and...- chrisk1500
