    White/grey smoke from WMO

Sorry I have been running WMO for about 6 months however my father has been running it for a few years now. Yea I knew what you meant on the exhaust temp. Every once in awhile I will give her a good 3/4 throttle up one of the hills I drive everyday and that will get the exhaust temp about...

    White/grey smoke from WMO

Yea I did pull all of the injectors about 3 months ago and they didnt look too bad so I just cleaned them up and threw them back in. On the other hand, the spray could be shot as I think they are originals and have 325K on them. I would like to look at heating up the WMO but I havent researched...

    White/grey smoke from WMO

I will also add that I run the oil through a centrifuge at about 5gal an hour and the truck has a 5 micron filter on it. I don't heat the WMO on the truck currently.

    White/grey smoke from WMO

Hello all, I am looking to clean up the smoke under load from running waste oil. Truck is a 92 Cummins and I have been running 80WMO/20RUG mix for a few months now. Truck seems to run just fine but I have white/greyish smoke almost all the time. Every time I shift gears a big cloud comes out...

    Wmo and injectors tips

I know this is an old thread but is there any more insight to this? Looking to replace injectors on my 92 cummins and would like to know what everyones thoughts are between SAC and VCO and should I go bigger hole size or more holes?

    VE 12V starting

50/50 shouldnt be too heavy IMO. My fathers 98 12V runs 90% - 100% WMO but he also has the P pump which I am convinced will pump axle grease. I should note that he also has similar symptoms as me and he just upped the idle about 100rpm. Seems to work just fine until he puts straight diesel in...

    VE 12V starting

Yea I agree. I think I might read up on what the WVO guys are doing to heat the fuel lines. Once the truck is half way up to temp it seems to idle just fine so I am thinking if I thin the WMO it should help a bunch.

    VE 12V starting

I will read up on that IDI thread. I dont believe the timing has been messed with but I will double check. The truck does have 300K so the pump and injectors could be tired. Thank you for the reply. I just installed a sump and a 10" 5 micron filter with 1/2" lines and a new lift pump. I ran the...

    VE 12V starting

Hello all, This seems to be a common topic lately however I didnt want to muddy anyone else's thread. I am having to give a little pedal when starting my 92 Cummins truck and I wanted to know what are your thoughts as to why. When I try and start it without giving it any pedal it will start but...

WMO in 3rd or 4th Gen Cummins

You could safely run a small amount (10-20%) however I dont think it would be worth it. This is the exact reason I just picked up a 92' instead of running it through my 10'.

    Black diesel and injectors

hello guys I’m fairly new to the black diesel thing but I was wondering how well bigger injectors work with black diesel? I am thinking of going 125hp injectors but I also plan on running wmo. Any suggestions on which injectors to get? Thank you (I did try searching and didn’t find much)
