94 F250 Dana 50 ball joint question

What is the torque spec and sequence for my ball joints, I have the Dana 50 Twin I beam axle, and once they are tighten to spec, I flush out the factory grease correct??

I know it seems dumb, but reading conflicting info

Flush out the grease that comes with the new balljoints? What would be the reason for that?

Tighten the lower ball joint nut to 30 ftlbs, Install the upper ball joint nut and tighten it full to spec. If the cotter pin hole does not line up, keep tightening till the hole lines up for the cotter pin. The upper nut spec is 85-110 ftlbs

Then go back and fully tighten the lower balljoint nut. Spec is 140-180 ftlbs.

Ya can't beat using some blubber from a baby seal, but I don't believe it is clubbing season yet.....I kid...I kid.... Oh stop that! My woman needs a new coat. Club away! :joker: :rotflmao

step 1 Tighten bottom nut to 20-30lbs
Step 2 Tighten Top nut to 100lbs, tighten castle nut to align cotter pin
Step 3 Tighten lower nut to 90-110lbs

Well it wasnt more flushing it out, as it is adding grease to fill ball joint and dust boot completely

That will work. And then grease it each time you change the engine oil.
