They should. Trust me I've seen the new 2500HD and 3500 alloy wheels on an early 90's F250 around town, and I'm 99.9999% sure GM still uses the good ol trusted 8x6.5" bolt pattern.

Yes, they are 8x6.5 bolt pattern, but like David 85 said-check the hub opening. On the older Chevy's, I believe they had a four 1/4 inch opening, where the Fords have a four 1/2 inch hub center.
but all aftermarket wheels will work as long as the lug pattern is right
