So go and clean up some stuff last night...and I went and degreased and washed these two bad boys here....

Which if anyone knows what brand these starters are could you please help me to identify?

LEFT and RIGHT are which brands...anyone?

Both starters are Mitsubishi. That's for sure. For what applications, I don't know. But due to the difference in length, I would say that one is for 6.9/7.3 IDI and the other is for PSD.

Mistubishi is what I see. Application wise all I can say id idi. Russ will know for sure and probably Mel or Ron can add something too...

Both are mitsu, the one on the left is forsure a idi starter,
the one on the right may be a psd or the new style mitsu idi starter
Its been a while since i worked around starters

Ok now got some info thanks, both are off IDI, the one on the Left is from a friend whom we swapped out IDI for PS and I got all his IDI stuff, the one on right is from red rhino F250 2WD ZF truck I'm boning but good for parts....had a brand new Velo clutch and PP but the DM flywheel was shot to ****...

Thanks I had heard there where two different branded gear reduction starters...one a Mitsu and not sure on the other brand...cannot recall...memory aint what it once was...

Thanks though guys...I'll take nose cone off if its not too hard and lube the bushing etc...one has a zirk or some grease fitting on it..so it appears...hmmm....
