Correct, I just grabbed a random PDF off my computer as a test to see if I could upload a PDF. I don't have the turbo PDF in question. Seems to be pretty straight forward to upload (right next to the "post reply" button).
What turbo is this?

I have what Logfarmer sent me in pdf I tried to upload it and it said the file was too large so I'm not good enough with computers to make it smaller

Bronc, you of all people will understand this. My 11yr son and I are researching a 7.3 3rd gen Expedition build. We sold our last IDI and built a 1960 Willys and are building a tube frame buggy right now. After multiple measurements I believe the IDI bellhousing adapter can be drilled for the mod motor pattern to bolt up a 6r80. The 5.4 torque converter uses the same bolt pattern and snout size. As soon as I buy their mom a new expy we are converting her current one.

So i tried to upload the whole file to oil burners but it said the file was too large.
Above is 4 pages and that seemed to work so will try the rest.

It also addresses my (limited) understanding of the system interfering with the AC system. Apparently it doesn't. I'm starting to like the setup.

I'll be putting ac back in mine but I have the wide short radiator and finding a condenser that fits is next to impossible so I'll be putting a aftermarket one in and make my own lines but I don't see how the turbo will interfere with the compressor mounting at all
