Where else would you put it in a pickup? The seats don't have room, if it's like the 87 I had.

factory jack as said before, and the handle/crank is strung across the top of the core support

Thanks guys, got my truck without the factory jack or spare (removed for a dwi quickcush rear bumper) so when I removed that bracket I had no idea what it was for.

My extended cab came with the jack, jack handle, and lug wrench. I haven’t paid much attention to what my service truck has, pretty sure it only has the lug wrench. I dont think a standard jack would handle the weight…

Some people say they've seen bigfoot as well........I have all the original jack stuff under my hood......I can show you fuzzy pictures that kinda look more like a cluttered corner of @Clb s shop, but I'd swear up and down that it's a real factory jack, lug wrench, and jack handle.
