Dunno, never really looked at one out of a truck. If I had to guess though, yes. The only differences that I know of are the engine mounts, oil cooler, and position of the fuel filter.

The same, as far as the thermostat housing goes. Installed an "F" engine in my "E", and they're the same.

Add the drivers side exhaust manifold is differant to the above list.
