UNABLE TO ACCESS 7.3 BIBLE IN TECH SECTION

ok tried to look at the 7.3 bible in the tech section adn when ever i click on the link it takes me to a log in screen saying im not loged in. and when i put my info in and tryto log in again it goes right back to the same screen can anybody help with this
