turbo knowlege please

What turbo came stock on the 2003? I think it is a holeset but what is the model and such? I also hear its possible to change out the tips on the injectors and not have to replace the whole injector any truth to this, or suggestions.

the turbo on the 03 and 04 is an he341 and the turbo on the 04.5 and up are he351, and yes it is true that you can just change the tips of the injectors
