So this the white one is a na 7.3 idi 5 speed and my current winter vehicle the brown one is it’s replacement.
I would like to put the turbo kit on the white one but the factory turbo has a lot of shaft play. This truck will just become a toy is there a Chinese turbo or a junkyard turbo you can bolt in the stock location?

How about a rebuilt kit? Not very difficult or costly.

Cheena turbo. You get what you pa~BOOM!~y for.
Cheena has a great ability to copy pieces. Metallurgy leaves a lot to be desired.
I like the stories where the turbo comes apart and ingests shards into the intake/valves/pistons/oil pan.
