We always have a "Show and Shine" at the Rally and this year was great as usual. I really want to say thanks to BJ Hood for helping me and Dad judge the event and keep it rolling smoothly.

Thanks guys. It was a good amount of work. Sometimes is was down right stressful. But, overall, it was fun getting it together and seeing folks have a good time. I just wish I could have controlled the weather and stopped the rain so we could have drag raced on saturday.

Where abouts does the rally take place? I am in Halifax, Nova Scotia and I would LOVE to load up the truck with the woman and gear for the 2010 rally..

Yea Heath, I never had a chance to thank you for the awards yet, so Thanks Real nice job on the plaques, and you guys took the judging seriously and did a great job.

The next years event will be near Chicago. How far of a drive is it from Nova Scotia?

2600 kilometers, or about 1600 miles. I wonder how much WMO and diesel I would have to burn to go that far.....my best guess is about 95 gallons one way. Hopefully if I get the truck tuned up and checked over by next summer I will be packed and on my way!

Other than perfect attendance and the 7th-grade spelling bee and a bunch of calf-ropin' buckles, that was the first award I ever won in my entire adult life; I have shown it to everyone.
