RABS Light Coming On?

It's always something!

Refresh my memory...after a little driving time my rear anti-brake light is now coming on, and staying on until I shut off the truck and restart. Then, it'll be-off for a while and come back on again until I repeat the above.

For an 88, is my RABS sensor on top of my diff???
I think 'once' a looooong time ago I was getting a 'RABS light-on' ... I removed it and cleaned it off and reinstalled to turn the light off.

Does that sound about right?

Yup. That's a good place to start. If you see tons of metal on it, might be a good idea to pop the diff cover off and have a look inside.

Lucky you. Mine is on constantly.

I need to pull the codes again after I cleaned the Rab's valve and bled/flushed new fluid through.

Mine may be bad wiring at the valve though.
I can sometimes lock up the rears.

Mine seemed to 'fix' itself > and I ain't complaining about that!
BTW, my rear anti-lock brakes haven't worked for the looooonest time...and don't give a sh*t either.
