Not to sound like an ass, but if it hasn't been mentioned before, with front and rear disc brakes AND hydroboost on a Ranger, BE GENTLE with the brake pedal, as she may have a tendency to be more than happy to lock all wheels and start uncontrollable skids.

I started following this one late but that work is really top shelf and the results are fantastic. The talents of people on this site never cease to impress me.

turned up the boost and fuel just a bit. Maxing out at about 20psi. I think thats pretty much where I'm going to leave things for now. Gobs of power. Love hearing the turbo!

here is a short clip of me running through the gears a few times, @ about 3/4 throttle.

wvo tank

One mans pair of 40mm amo cans in another mans wvo fuel tank.

Check out this cool rat rod style home made fuel tank I picked up. Its two 40mm amo cans welded together with a fill, and feed welded in. I added a return line fitting, and cut in the access hole to clean up the inside and also to add a level sender.

Its 36x12x12, so that puts the capacity right at 20 gallons, and it should fit under the bed nicely.

LOL thats the perfect name for it.

It's funny, many of us arent fond of computers in our rigs, me included. But here is a case where a little more smarts in the gauge, or maybe an ecu controlled gauge would smooth things out a bit over time. But with this thing I know exactly what my fuel level is on every bump and turn! ;Sweet
