When I get the message that I have a new PM,(click OK) then a prompt to open in a new window,of cancel. If I click "OK" to open a new window. Nothing happens. Haven't tried to open in current window. Running Win XP if that matters. Russ

Do you have pop-up blocking turned on? I am pretty sure that the PM is displayed in a pop-up window. Look right below the menu bars and see if there is a message that the browser has prevented a pop-up from opening.

I 'm running a pop up blocker. That sounds right. Ok I'll have to disable the blocker on OB. Thanks for the tip.

Or on the second window when it asks if you want to open it in a new window you can click cancel and it will open in your current window.

Not using mozilla, it does not open one at all & I've got to manually go to PM's & open it.

RJ,

That might be due to the fact that you do not have "recieve PM's" enabled:kick:
