OBDII programer for my my for 6.5td

I'd like to get reasonable power from my '96, and no, the factory 175hp/350tq isn't there, so the first step will be a good crossover pipe and 4" exhaust, but I need to reprogram the computer it seems. I have read Heath Diesel has their stuff together, but it looks like $500-600 and a custom program for your vehicle, somehow I don't think I need to pay extra for a custom program, just want a little extra for towing and mountain passes, any suggestions?

Heath is ok but he is $PROUD$ of his products. There are a few other guys out there punching out quality tunes too. A better turbo should be pretty high on your to-do list too.
