No but I will tommrow what should I notice with it unplugged and should I run it on stock or a one of the tunes

That's what I thought I'll probley run both trucks and see but I'm goin to look at a bed and front fenders tommorow for it also

Unplugged the map on the 96 and I think it ran better actually.i could be imaging thing but on stock she got up and walked away.seems like it wasn't as sluggish.then I tryed it on 140 just to see and damn it really went then.i only ran it till 3rd gear in like under a quarter mile then I turned around and turned it back to stock.

I would also check that the nut on the back of the IPR hasn't come loose, and check the ICP sensor for oil leakage as both problems would effect idle quality and throttle response.

Then I would get ahold of something to check icp and duty %.
Also make sure to check the uvch. Mine sometimes does that after changing the oil when it's pretty cold out.
I would recommend trying some hot shots secret stiction eliminator/injector cleaning. It goes in the oil.

Autoenginuity or you can do torque pro. May be other options also, but those are best options.
