I need this yoke before I can attach the front drive shaft on my brown truck.
Calvin said he had it but I figured I'd ask here so everyone knew there are different yokes for the F250 and F350 transfer case.

Actually, there are several different transfer cases. The F350 I had used a double cardon type front drive shaft (two u-joints together just in front of the tcase) and it uses a yoke than the same transfer case in an F250. The F250 uses u-bolts, the double cardon yoke is threaded and uses a double clamping flange. These will interchange on the transfer cases. I just checked the yoke tonight on the 1356 transfer case I'm using and it will interchange with the 1345 case that's in my truck (checked while the driveshafts are out for the gear change).

Then there was a NP case that I'm not sure on the yokes, I have one, but have not messed with the yokes on it.

Ok, I found it on.... another website. The F350 front transfer case yoke part # is 2-4-5441 direct from Spicer. Its about $70. They used this same yoke for all F350 D60 double cardian style drive shafts from 1986-1997.

Yep, that I agree with, I know I have one on my truck, one on this spare t-case, and I'm not sure on the 3rd or 4th t-case as to what it has for a yoke.

It will not work with the D60 double cardian drive shaft. My 1356 was from an F250.

Well same **** different day. They sold me the wrong yoke, it got updated or something. Everything is correct except the splines. They told me, oh its pressed fit, smack it with a hammer and it'll go right on. BS. The splines in the yoke are V cut splines and the ones on the shaft are square cut splines. Either its the wrong one or it was made wrong. I got the part number from a Ford service catalog that was listed on another forum. It's the right part number, but those splines are definitely not going to fit together.

I just swapped that yoke and the double cardian drive shaft into my truck tonight. First time I did ujoints on that type of driveshaft. No more vibration when running around with the hubs locked in anymore.

Did all f350's come with the double cardon joint, I have an 87 cc 350 4x4 that doesnt have one, looks to be the same drive shaft as what I had on my f250.

Ok, well here's the problem. For whatever reason my transfer case has a 31 spline shaft in it. Apparently its some form of cheaper service replacement 1356 transfercase. The factory transfercases had 32 spline shafts in them. Nice huh. That's my luck.
