Since nobody seems to have a timing setup that uses the factory adapter I'd eliminate it and just use a truck line for #4, van for #1, and whatever other good lines you have. Should be 4 clamps total, don't skimp on clamps. If ratty or loose just buy new ones. I had a line crack from insufficient clamps.

That's the plan. One of my first threads was about stuff on top of the engine that didn't seem right. Clamps were on that list. I only had one so I ordered new ones and used "butterfly" (double loop) zip ties until they arrived. I knew they injector lines on my engine were from a van since none of them lined up. It's was a b***h to get them tweeked around to fit in the new clamps.
