Yeah the only reason he didn't get it impounded was we know the supervisor or head honcho or whatever you want to call him for the state troopers around here and we called him out there but he said that it was perfectly legal for them to impound the truck and perform tests to determine why it smoked and if the smoke was harmful. he told the guy that he would take care of us and gave us a serious lecture until the epa guy left lol.
