While you're at it, make yourself a holder for the pulley. Get a piece of tubing or flat stoce long enough to reach from the frame rail to the fan hub pulley and cut a semi circle to fit around the bas of where the fan mounts and then drill a couple of holes to be able to bolt it to the pulley , then yoy bolt that sucker to the pulley and brace it against the frame rail and you don't need to hold it while knocking the fan loose, then move it to the opposite frame rail to tighten the fan on . Makes the job a lot easier. also saves a hundred dollar tool from snappy
