heavy duty headlight sockets? Brighter lights stuff

yeah 78-91 is a toughie... thats another reason i cant sealy beam it...

i need to go to the junk yard and see if i can find another headlight like the ones on our other vehicle... they are the perfect size and glass. We'll see :eek:

After some searching I found a place that will build ceramic plugs with 12 Ga pig tails.
I've been looking for a long time for these. Now I can run a 55/100 bulb w/relays!

My main question now is, how much wattage can the housings themselves take?

If I'm reading it correctly, that plug you linked to will work with both brick nose trucks and OBS trucks...am I correct?

They are listed as Plug Type. The One I linked to, is a 9004 plug.

Maximum Temperature = 572º So It'd take a heck of a bulb to over load it.

So Yeah, They'll work for Brick Nose, and Up
