P unit was only used on the volvo in production.
GV units were modified from the European versions.
GV supposedly bought all the remaining rights of the laycock unit.

I mailed maximum-overdrive, he's checking on shipping costs and is willing to sell me parts (at least it looks like it)

btw: thanks for pointing me to GKN. It looks like there are more informations to find for GKN than GV (sorry if this sentence is messed up, you know I'm a german guy )
