Front receiver hitch?

Anyone have one? Just thinking about one to put a rack into to carry my dirtbike without having to haul my trailer when I have the big ole camper on the back. The bike weighs about 250 and the rack maybe another fifty. Would a hitch on the front have room to bolt up to the fram or? Would the bike on the front block too much air to the radiator? Anyone who hase one how much did it cost you?

They are finally making one to fit my '04 super duty so I ordered it and will have it on this week. I will have it wired with a plug for my winch. They do make them for your truck and they cost about $200 and bolt on. Call any 4x4 shop and they can give you info or look up Drawtite, Hidden Hitch or Reese websites for load info.

Got one on my '96 and I use it more than I thought

Most are rated at 8k...I use mine for dragging out logs, hooking up the trailer to it and using the winch to pull vehicles on a trailer,
etc..........Quite useful! AND another place to put a FORD hitch cover

Very useful, I use mine primarily for pushing the boat into the shop and for mounting the hitch cover that says "Remove To Tow Dodge"
