If you replace the TPS/FIPL be sure the driving fingers are like the pic below when you mount the new one.
Did you ever adjust or replace the MLPS on the trans?
The steering column lever shifted into Neutral, then line up the two lines on the MLPS to be sure it is in neutral position.
