Are you putting the triton in an older vehicle, or putting the c6 in a truck that has a triton? I would think it would be easier to upgrade the tranny that's already with the motor and keep the OD than to put a C6 in it. Can't see a C6 swap being all that cost effective, but that's just me.

what is your fuel system going to be? carb or fi? and no it will not fit to a big block transmission, only a small block, the 4.6 and the 5.4 have the same bolt pattern as the 221,260,289,300,302,351w,351c

have fun with wiring, i know its not that bad when you have the whole trk there but if you dont then look out, anyways the 5.4 computer will give you problems depending on what trans you use, if you dont use the one that its hooked to your engine will not run right, the computer runs peramiters for the trans as well and uses that info to adjust engine peramiters as well, good luck

I am going to disagree, the Mod motors are not the same bolt pattern as a small block.

sounds good--only one problem i see---air only goes thru the 4.6, and 5.4 intake. so if its the plastic one--there may be problems--the earlier ones had aluminum---having a manifold built could get spendy--
