Powder coat or paint on your pulleys? I'm debating my engine color scheme currently. Probably satin nickel and black. :sly

Just not Sure what will be what yet.

getting closer to my goal!!
engine is completely mounted on the run stand, everything minus batteries and remote filter head is hooked up!

need to mount the filter head off the engine since i installed it on the fender.

also need to track down my N/A exhaust cross over, its been a wet day around here, and im not in a hurry.

may get as far as having oil pressure tonight, hopefully!

i want to fire it up N/A right now.
baby steps.
mostly because it was easier to pull the glow plugs out.
and to eliminate a piece of the puzzle so i can get everything golden.
not to mention, the turbo is new and i cant install the engine with the turbo on..
or i mean, i wont lol

7 tries at 10 second on the starter, and i have 60 psi at the gauge.
i have to put the GP system back together,
do a filter head, and shes ready to fire.

glow plug system buttoned up minus hot lead.
i wanted to get fuel to all 8 sticks before i hooked it up.
i was trying to save the batteries.
well,
got fuel to each injector.
and nice white rings out of the exhaust,
so im getting fuel now.
batteries are dead!
charging now.

ill plug the block heater in in the morning and fire it off.

MUST REMEMBER TO PUT IDLE RETURN SPRING ON!

Looking good man! Are you gonna dyno it after its installed in the truck? I'd be interested in what it puts down! Anyway get that beautiful engine going and dropped in. I look forward to seeing it done! Keep up the good work!
