Think a tps could do it? Cause I did move the pedal some but I never fully let off of it.and on the obd2 port do I need the ford specific one or just the 80 dollar one

I'm not sure on the add-ons. I guess that's for using their software.

You want a scanner that will read CAN communications from our trucks. Almost all will. Do NOT get a cheap-ass scanner.
