Fan Clutch on The Chjeap

For those interested, last night I switched out the new clutch off my 90 with the old one off my 94. The fit was perfect and I could not see any external difference in shape or dimensions. The fans themselves were a little different, as the 94 fan has larger blades so I swapped the clutches out in the fans, and kept the correct fan on each truck.

The 94 now is running about 10 degrees cooler on the real temp gauge I have, and I can hear the fan working more.

Still curious as to why Motorcraft sees a $150 plus difference between these two clutches.....

Sweet. I may put one on order. I need to check my old one to see if it is still locked up or not, but I should probably order some new cooling parts this week. Thanks for the heads up.
