Fabricating A Downpipe is it worth it?

Here's my solution. http://www.oilburners.net/forums/showthread.php?t=36100 Still working flawlessly. Also have the original Banks down pipe for sale for 100$.


Pretty creative............... Also some good fabricating. That's a little more fabrication then I want to mess with and I don't have a welder currenlty.

Didn't see your post about your downpipe for sale until I got on the site after ordering mine from Banks.

When I did the Cummins Conversion I bought some 3" Stainless Steel Flex Pipe from a Semi Truck Parts shop, hooked it to the elbow off the trubo with a SS Band Clamp temporarily till I had a downpipe built for it,.


That was 3 years and 25K miles ago, :D Still works great!
