edicate on chat

ive never been in a chat room i would like to check out the chat room on here but is there any thing i need to know about edicate or any thing before i get my feet wet. is anybody using it? is there any rules? are the rules posted on here all ready and im not smart enough to know im kind of computer illeteriate
