Just wondering why brick noses got a diesel emblem when equipped with an IDI but the OBS don't have them?

Just the way it was. Lol
The efi got a efi one. I've also seen 4x4 and 2x4 on those.
The last run of the turbo idi saw a few, I believe. My powerstroke has the "turbo diesel" fender badge, but I've heard it was meant for the idi.

From what I understand all 94 Powerstrokes got the turbo diesel badging, it wasn't until 95 that they got the Powerstroke symbol

The n/a OBS trucks had a small black and chrome "DIESEL" emblem on the tailgate.
here's a pic of the OEM turbo emblem and the standard "diesel" emblem off an OBS.

Hey now I'll put my IDI against any 6.2 na

that will hold true with a n/a motor. not so with a turbo 6.5 with a modified turbo and exhaust. I've built one that will clean the clock on a duramax. The IH idi won't even stand a chance against it.

^ Hook 10-12k on it and see what happens
let's be honest with ourselves here. neither the 6.2/6.5 and the 6.9/7.3 are good sled pulling motors here. Pulling a trailer, it's 6.9/7.3 all day long. but it does have it's limitations.
